
Reservation information
Reservations can be made through PC, mobile, and customer centers through credit cards, bankbook deposits, and local payments.
(However, the payment method available for each product may be applied differently, so please check the product details page guide.))
When selecting a deposit without a bankbook, the deposit deadline is within 3 days of the reservation date. If the deposit is not made within the deposit deadline, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
(However, depending on the product, the reservation may close at 11:29 p.m. on the 2nd, so please check before and after the reservation.)
How to receive tickets/gifts
On-site reception
The basic principle of on-site receipt tickets is to receive the reservation person himself.
On the day of the performance, you can bring the reservation confirmation and the reservation person's ID card and receive the ticket at the ticket office of the performance hall.
Shipping
If you select delivery, it will be delivered to the address you entered when making a reservation within 5 to 7 business days based on the completion of the reservation (payment date).
For batch delivery, delivery begins based on the designated delivery date for each product. You can check the delivery start date in the details and reservation notice.
The delivery company may change depending on the local and delivery circumstances, and it may take an additional delivery date. (CJ Logistics, Post Office, and other companies)

If the cancellation time is within 10 days of the viewing date even within 7 days of the reservation, the corresponding cancellation fee will be charged.
For products that can be canceled on the day of viewing, 90% of the ticket amount will be charged if canceled on the day of viewing.
The cancellation fee policy may vary depending on the characteristics of the product. (Check the cancellation fee when booking each product)
Refund information
The reservation fee will be refunded before 12 p.m. on the day of reservation, and will not be refunded during the subsequent period.
The shipping cost of the tickets delivered and returned is non-refundable.

In general, the cancellation of the card approval is confirmed after 4 to 5 days (excluding Saturdays and holidays) after the cancellation is completed.
Depending on the time of cancellation, the cancellation fee and reservation fee will be approved again, and if you have received the delivery fee, the delivery fee will be re-approved.
Depending on the cancellation policy of each credit card company, there may be differences in the date of approval cancellation and refund.

Cancellation fees, reservation fees, and delivery fees will be refunded after excluding shipping costs.
After cancellation, refund processing takes about 3 to 5 business days.
